Worth all the stars it can get!! This little machine packs a mean punch in the massage department. Very good massages and decent pressure with heat for pain relief. It’s a bit awkward looking but easy to use when you strap in. Makes an awesome gift for people and it’s decently priced in my opinion. Seems to be well built and not overly noisy
