If we fail to deliver your order by Belyser’s latest estimated delivery date, you will receive a £5 credit within 48 hours of that date. This credit will be issued by email as a promo code and can be used on your next order.
✔ Instant resend if package lost
If your package experiences a lack of tracking updates for more than 15 days during transit, you have the option to request a complimentary reshipment. In the event that the original package is eventually delivered to you, you are welcome to keep it at no cost, and there is no need to return it.
