if you love to hike but hurt in your knees and feet, don’t risk mid-steps or falls and further injury! these really help to stabilize your gait and steps, where you place your feet . be healthy before you start, these are not to be your all safe card, but they really help.

Nice hiking sticks. They collapse down to a really good size it fit in luggage. Sturdy, lite weight and easy to collapse and extend.
Needed to re-balance and these worked great. So much better than walker or cane.
These were perfect and saved my knees and back on our many hikes this last summer. Easy to travel with. I even shared with my 8yo daughter for a couple of the hikes (she just wanted to be like her mama). They are easy to adjust the height, and have the markings to help you remember what your most comfortable height is.
I will never hike without these again!
