This is the cutest little big zapper! It is small but works as it should. It is rechargeable and holds a good charge. It zaps bugs effectively allowing you to enjoy the outside. It is easy to use with the push of a button. I recommend this zapper 10/10!

This bug zapper is a masterpiece of mosquito destruction! The little bloodsuckers flock to it like it's the hottest nightclub in the insect world, only to meet their electrified demise. The sizzle sounds? Chef’s kiss. Nothing more satisfying than knowing that in one night on our boat in the delta, hundreds of tiny winged menaces perished before they could turn me into a buffet. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers mosquitoes to fry rather than feast."

Ok, I got this before the mosquitos are actually out but from what I can tell b6 looking at it the zapper function should work. The light is nice and it will work great as a light to hang in the tent and the purple glow would make a nice low light for when sleeping even if it doesn't zap bugs.
The cover for the bottom light is removable and acts as a tray to catch dead bugs so I'm optimistic that it will function.
I gave it 4 stars cuz everything functions but I gotta wait to test the bug zapper aspect until the mosquitos are actually out.

This zapper is really tiny. Great for portability if you're traveling.
It works great as a lamp, but I'm more interested in the zapping feature.
I tested it outside in the porch where I always see mosquitoes and small moths because of the night lights, and next morning I found some zapped bugs. Not as many as with a bigger zapper mostly because the violet light is not so bright.
Now I was sitting in my studio and (strange enough) a mosquito was flying around me.
I placed the light very close to me and a few minutes later I heard a very faint frying noise and I saw the mosquito slowly frying away.
My bigger zapper is very noisy when it catches even a tiny fruit fly so I appreciate that this zapper is way quieter. I think it's a good one to keep in the bedroom, but the battery gets totally depleted overnight. Best is if you can keep it plugged in.

This is perfect for any outdoor activities. I like to use this sitting on the porch and it really helps keeps me from getting bitten. I think it would work well on picnics too
