Cool neck fan! I’m happy to confirm that it cools me down. It’s a hard shell with vents halfway around the neckband on each side. The shape fits comfortably, and the neck fan is light and practical.
The motor purrs softly on lower settings, but it’s not obnoxiously loud on the highest setting, as I worried. You can tell the difference between the five fan settings, but even in the lowest setting, the fan puts out quality air.
I charged the fan for half an hour to bring it from 46% to 100%. It used it for 5 minutes before it dropped to 99%, so I know this fan will remain charged long enough to be used several times before needing to be placed on a charger. I’m satisfied with this neck fan. I think the price remains reasonable, especially as a gift for someone.

This portable neck fan works great for outdoor yard work. My husband love it for mowing the lawn on a hot day. The charge is quick and lasts quite a while. After several hours in the garden, it only went from full charge to 90%. It is a good quality fan with great air flow. It is perfect for outdoor activities and exercise on hot summer days!

The weight of this is as I had hoped it would be. It’s not heavy, making using it more comfortable. The fan is not very loud and I can more than tolerate it. I like that it has several settings.

Very strong fan . Works well and is priced very fairly. Battery life is as expected. Does help keep you cool. Not the most comfortable thing to wear but soooo much better than being hot. Good .
