Works perfectly. Some people have said that this unit loses it's accuracy over time, but I've used mine regularly for the past 4 months, and it works perfectly each time. It gives an accurate reading in less than 10 seconds every time, and usually in 5 - 6 seconds.

I am not sure how well this is calibrated compared to a machine in a health setting? But if I am feeling poorly I usually test my own O2, then check a few of my family members at home (x7 family members) and if they are all higher than mine, I trust that mine is low.
