I suffer from horrible lower back pain and arthritis in my lower spine. I have been to physical therapy many times, and have been on many meds with no relief. I didn't expect much but was surprised at how well built it is and how easy it is to adjust the various levels, although is does take some strength to get it to the max. Once lying on it you can feel your back stretching. This back stretcher is great because it offers support and takes a lot of the stress out of doing the back stretches that I would normally do anyway.

I saw a product like this on tiktok and was hoping it would crack my back. It doesn’t. However, I have 2 compressed discs in my spine, and laying on this a few minutes a day has helped my back pain and sciatica so much! It is a little uncomfortable at first, but once you get used to it, it gives an amazing stretch. I do worry that the plastic may wear out after a while of daily use because it feels a little flimsy, but so far so good! My boyfriend works construction and he also loves it for a good stretch after a long day!
