I really love this rug. I literally use it as an excuse to do nothing sometimes because I “have to go lay on it.” It really helps and relieves me of stress and fatigue. I am very satisfied with it!

I use it at night before going to bed. I use it on the bed which allows me to use it in different positions. I'm not sure how or why it works but I find that I sleep much better and deeper at night. I wear a t-shirt when lying on it and find it comfortable.

We bought this and now my wife uses it every night and I use it most days. I was skeptical at first, but it really provides pain relief, helps me focus, and the sensation is very calming once you get used to it.

This is the only acupuncture mat I've used, so I can't compare it to more expensive ones, but for the price, the build quality is excellent. I have used it about 15-20 times now, I always sleep well after using it and my back feels really relaxed. It takes me about 1 minute for the immediate pain and discomfort to go away when I lie on it. I find the most painful moment is getting off the mat. Treat it like a bandage and sit down immediately, don't do it slowly, this will only increase the pain.
