Cut easily, of course with bigger potatoes you need to push harder especially with the smaller size cutter, however does the job with every potate used.

Brilliant little potato chipper.
I've also used this with sweet potato, just pop them in the microwave for 60 seconds before chipping.
This is a real time saver and cut's perfectly uniform fires every time.
