These simple items really help straighten out one toes. After years of wearing shoes that go narrow at the front, compressing toes and feet, I find these to help bring back normalcy. Shoes cannot be worn while these are in use, remove before putting shoes back on.

I find these toe separators effective and comfortable! I like to wear them first thing in the morning for a couple of hours as I get ready for my day; it’s like yoga for your toes! Absolutely relieves foot pain!

This has really helped with my foot pain!!
I am barefoot a LOT, and my arches were falling, causing upper foot pain and sleepless nights. Tried this and within 2 sessions, I could feel the pain easing.
I use this watching TV or on my tablet, fifteen minutes and it really stretches the bones and tendons! I use it along with wearing Copper Edge copper arch support slip on, which compress your feet bones a bit so walking barefoot is much more comfortable!
