It Came, It Sawed, It Conquered. Used to prune a couple of trees in my yard. a smaller magnolia and a full size acorn. The largest branch was about 5" in diameter and it sawed through just fine.

This is a great saw for the price. You must press the button to open or close this saw. This is a valuable safety feature. I also recommend wearing sturdy gloves when using this saw. The blade is thin and flexible, but it is also strong. The teeth are big, and they will catch when sawing, if improperly high pressure is applied. However, if you maintain appropriate light pressure, this saw cuts through wood in a hurry. Using this saw, I rapidly cut thick branches, one-handed, while standing on a step ladder, while taking down a dead bottlebrush bush. At this price, if this saw ever gets dull, then I will just order another.
