I bought it for my office at work for the winter. He makes me laugh every time I see him. It's quiet and I only have to refill it once a day and a half. It turns off after a few hours, so when I notice it's off I just click the button and it turns back on. The cord is the perfect length for me, but if it's not for you, you'll need a much longer cord.
